Christmas Catalogue: Beauty Gift Ideas

Hey guys

Christmas is fast approaching and so many shops have Christmas sales and products for you to buy. Today I have a fabulous gift idea for you to buy for a teenager, someone who is just starting with makeup, even if you don't have a lot of money!

The product is from Boots and is £10, only available for Christmas. It is called Colours by Technic and contains 4 blushers, 2 bronzers, 12 lip glosses, 64 eyeshadows, blusher brush, lip brush and 2 eyeshadow applicators. For £10, the eyeshadows are such amazing quality and have a high quality pigmentation. This is suitable for a teenager because its everything a younger teen needs. I have this and I am so impressed, the palette in itself is just the right size, very thin and easy to carry in a case etc.. There are so many tutorials you can do from this, from smokey eyes, neutral eyes and there are  colours to suit every eye colour. Even though it's easy, you need to do it properly so they look as natural as possible. And I'm going to tell you how I apply my false nails. You need: False Nails (you can get them cheap in supermarkets, makeup stores etc) Nail Glue (most nails come with glue, but you can buy glue at Superdrug for around £4 ( www.superdrug.co.uk ) Cuticle Pusher or cuticle stick Nail scissors (curved work best) Emery board 1) Begin by selecting the false nails that best fit your natural nail. It needs to be accurate because it will look more realistic. 2) Use a cuticle stick/pusher and gently push your cuticles back to avoid the nail sticking to it (which, will hurt if you take them off!!) MUA Cosmetics Review

Hey everyone Last week for my birthday, I went shopping and while I was in Superdrug and I  picked up some things from MUA (Makeup Academy). There are some products here I haven't tried, one product I have but not this particular name. I actually fell in love with this brand when it was a very small company when everything was £1! Then the company expanded which made me very happy and so I tried   these products and I have mixed reviews. The first product I am reviewing is the BB Cream. This is £4 in the MUA online store ( www.muastore.co.uk ) or in Superdrug ( www.superdrug.com ). I wanted a BB Cream because I find foundation is too heavy and is bad for your skin and I started to go off tinted moisturizer. Anyway, for the price in general is OK for the product. I bought Shade Medium last week and I think this is a bit too dark for me even though the medium and light shade are very similar.
