Midnight Angel Halloween Makeup Tutorial

Image
For this makeup look, I went with a very dark smoky black and blue eye and combined it with a silver metallic effect to make it slightly more angelic and this can be used as a generic Halloween makeup look as you can use whatever colour you want to instead of the blue.

Spider Queen Halloween Makeup Tutorial

Image
This Halloween tutorial is the look that I am going to be wearing on Halloween. I created quite a bold purple and black eye makeup look with a spider web and this matches the costume and accessories I have for the occasion.

Halloween Bat Wing Eyeliner Tutorial

Image
Halloween makeup doesn't always have to be over-the-top, intense or bold looks, sometimes it can be really effective with just a simple design such as this bat wing I am going to show you how to do in this tutorial. I was inspired by some photos when I was googling some ideas and I really liked how this looked so I thought I would recreate it!

Wicked Witch Halloween Makeup Tutorial ft. My Mum!

Image
I am so excited for today's Halloween tutorial! Not only is it my first Halloween look this year, but I am excited because I am doing a wicked witch themed makeup look on my mum who is absolutely looking forward to being turned green!

Pumpkin Carving

Image
What is Halloween without carving pumpkins? You can carve pretty much anything into a pumpkin and when you put the candle inside and put it in the dark it can look so cool. I absolutely loved pumpkin carving as a child so I decided to revisit my Halloween childhood and carve some jack-o-lanterns (even though they were a fail!)

Warm Autumn Smoky Eye

Image
This makeup look isn't an average smoky eye, I've incorporated some sunset shades to add some warmth to the smoky grey shade. I really love this look, I think its a different look to what I'd normally go for during Autumn.

Get Ready with Me: Autumn Night In

Image
Besides from Summer, Autumn is my favourite season. I love snuggling up in my onesie or in a blanket in front of the TV with a nice drink and relaxing and de-stressing. I have been wanting to do an Autumn Night-In post for ages and now I have the chance to do one!

A Dupe for RT Bold Metals Brushes? Look No Further!

Image
Want a dupe for the Real Techniques Bold Metals Collection? Then look no further! Our friends over at Makeup Revolution have recently launched a collection of makeup brushes. I purchased two at first to try them out and I was so impressed with the quality of them, I went back within a few days to purchase the rest of the collection.

Perfect Hot Chocolate Recipe

Image
One of my favourite things about Autumn and the run up to Christmas is making hot chocolates and snuggling up in my onesie and relaxing in the evenings with candles burning. Cadbury hot chocolate is my favourite to make at home but my all time favourite flavour is the White Hot Chocolate from Costa and I can't wait for it to be available again. This is my favourite hot chocolate recipe and I actually learnt this method in my job and I've also had a lot of practise so I know that this is the perfect hot chocolate. You can use whatever hot chocolate brand you want, Cadbury is my favourite so I'm using that one.

Gold and Berry Autumn Makeup Tutorial

Image
This makeup tutorial combines gold and berry shades for a glamorous, autumnal look which I am absolutely loving for this time of year. The lips are quite dark so the eye makeup is a very subtle gold look. I am using The Nudes palette by Maybelline for this look.

Autumn Chocolate Butterscotch and Honeycomb Cupcakes

Image
It's no secret that I am a cupcake-addict and for this recipe I decided to make some cupcakes perfect for Autumn and the sugar used in these cupcakes gives them some slight toffee flavour and I put some chocolate chips with either honeycomb or butterscotch pieces as these are my favourite Autumn flavours.

Sleek Forces of Nature i-Divine Palette

Image
I'm always so excited to see the newest Sleek palette and I'm starting to get a little collection of them because I think they always look gorgeous and are so unique with the theme and the latest one is called 'Force of Nature' and this is a limited edition palette which retails at £7.99.

Add Some Lush Sparkle to Cold Autumn Nights

Image
Have a ball in the bath with this warming and cheerful bubble bar packed full of sparkle and citrus for cold, winter nights! The energising blend of juniperberry, lime and grapefruit oils packs a punch. Perfect for a long, lingering soak, just make sure you get out of your bath by midnight...

Divine Looking Lashes?

Image
New from Collection, the Divine Waterproof Lash Mascara, £4.99, claims to be a 'volumising, curling waterproof formula enriched with a moisturising complex that leaves lashes beautifully soft and looking divine.' I had high hopes for this mascara as I personally love long thick lashes and my general first impression with this product is that it could achieve that for me... then I used it for the first time and that is when it went downhill from there.

Strictly Come Dancing Inspired Makeup Tutorial

Image
Strictly season is upon us and one of the things I love most about the entire show is the makeup. All the makeup is absolutely stunning, packed full of glitter, sparkle, rhinestones, lashes... everything glamorous. I created this sparkly dramatic makeup look inspired by Strictly, this is definitely something I would wear on a night out especially around Christmas or New Years.
