My Favourite Hair, Skincare and Makeup Products

Image
Hello everyone Today I thought of doing a blog post on my favourite hair, skincare and makeup products so far. I don't feel like doing one of these every month simply because I don't buy that much each month and I can't pick favourites each month etc.. so every now and again I might do one of these. But lately I have been loving some products that you can probably guess so I am going to give you some swatches for some of the products because I know that you don't really see them in my other posts. OK, so these are my favourite hair care product so far so from left to right we have Mark Hill No Knots Detangling Spray, Straight Talking Straigtening Cream, Give It To Me Straight Straigtening Spray and Fabulous Finish Hairspray (www.boots.com or www.markhill.co.uk) Skincare: Clearasil Perfectawash System(www.boots.com or www.superdrug.co.uk), Good Things Stay Clear Purifying Cleanser, Deep Pore Anti Blemish Cleanser, Miracle Mattifier Moisturiser and Five Minute F...

MUA Cosmetics Review

Image
Hey everyone Last week for my birthday, I went shopping and while I was in Superdrug and I  picked up some things from MUA (Makeup Academy). There are some products here I haven't tried, one product I have but not this particular name. I actually fell in love with this brand when it was a very small company when everything was £1! Then the company expanded which made me very happy and so I tried   these products and I have mixed reviews. The first product I am reviewing is the BB Cream. This is £4 in the MUA online store ( www.muastore.co.uk ) or in Superdrug ( www.superdrug.com ). I wanted a BB Cream because I find foundation is too heavy and is bad for your skin and I started to go off tinted moisturizer. Anyway, for the price in general is OK for the product. I bought Shade Medium last week and I think this is a bit too dark for me even though the medium and light shade are very similar. The BB Cream is easy to blend. For me, this is going to be mixed with somet...

One Year Blogiversary: Egyptian Eyeliner Tutorial

Image
Hey guys Today I wanted to upload this tutorial I've had on my laptop for quite sometime now, and if you cast your minds back to when I did the 'iLiner Series' this look is from the same source but I don't think I uploaded it -_-. Anyway, this look is just created with eyeliner pencils and a liquid eyeliner and when you get the hang of it its very quick and simple to do. To begin with, prime all over your eyelid and blend it underneath your eyes as well (MUA eyelid primer). Take a liquid eyeliner (MUA Liquid eyeliner) to draw the Sixties Flick, then extend the line out a little bit further. For the next part, you'll need a teal or a blue eyeliner (ELF eyeliner pencil, Teal). Pretend your eye is upside down and line the eye as if you would with the Sixties Flick. Extend the line into the inner corner.   You can use the same liquid eyeliner or a liquid eyeliner pen to join the upper sixties flick to the extended line in the inner corner. Then trace t...
