Holy Grails

When it comes to makeup and beauty products, I have a few holy grails worth sharing with you and these are the products that no matter what I would always repurchase, use everyday and even sometimes use on other people and recommend to them if I am doing their makeup for them.
Barry M Kohl Liner, White
This is my biggest holy grail. I use this after primer and blend it onto my lids to create a base that makes eye shadow appear more vibrant and to help them stay in place longer. This is £2.99 and I go through these so often.
 
Essence All About Matt Fixing Compact Powder
 OK, I lie, this is my joint biggest holy grail. I love this so much, it is £3 in Wilko and is a lightweight powder that mattifies the skin and keeps shine under control.
 
Garnier Moisture Match
 I love this moisturiser for oily-combination skin and it absorbs really quickly without adding extra shine and it provides all-day moisture.
 
Makeup Revolution Beyond Flawless Palette
 This is one of my favourite palettes EVER! This retails for £8 and it has the most gorgeous nude eyeshadows with incredible opacity, pigmentation, long lasting formulas. Definitely recommend it for anyone.
 
Maybelline Lash Sensational Mascara
I have recently started this mascara and it is my favourite one now. My lashes are so much longer and fuller, it doesn't flake off or smudge and it separates the lashes nicely. I absolutely love the waterproof one as well and this is the mascara people always ask me about when I'm wearing it.
 
No 7 Lift and Curve Lash Curlers
What is great looking lashes without a great lash curler? I love these ones the most. They are really easy to use and to hold against the eye comfortably and it gives a really nice curl to the lashes.

Hey guys Today I thought of doing a quick post today. Today I wanted to do a 'How To' post and this one is Applying False Nails. Even though it's easy, you need to do it properly so they look as natural as possible. And I'm going to tell you how I apply my false nails. You need: False Nails (you can get them cheap in supermarkets, makeup stores etc) Nail Glue (most nails come with glue, but you can buy glue at Superdrug for around £4 ( www.superdrug.co.uk ) Cuticle Pusher or cuticle stick Nail scissors (curved work best) Emery board 1) Begin by selecting the false nails that best fit your natural nail. It needs to be accurate because it will look more realistic. 2) Use a cuticle stick/pusher and gently push your cuticles back to avoid the nail sticking to it (which, will hurt if you take them off!!) If you want, you can cut the cuticles off. 3) Apply nail glue all over the natural nail. Be careful with the glue - it bonds in seconds, difficult to remove

MUA Cosmetics Review

Hey everyone Last week for my birthday, I went shopping and while I was in Superdrug and I  picked up some things from MUA (Makeup Academy). There are some products here I haven't tried, one product I have but not this particular name. I actually fell in love with this brand when it was a very small company when everything was £1! Then the company expanded which made me very happy and so I tried   these products and I have mixed reviews. The first product I am reviewing is the BB Cream. This is £4 in the MUA online store ( www.muastore.co.uk ) or in Superdrug ( www.superdrug.com ). I wanted a BB Cream because I find foundation is too heavy and is bad for your skin and I started to go off tinted moisturizer. Anyway, for the price in general is OK for the product. I bought Shade Medium last week and I think this is a bit too dark for me even though the medium and light shade are very similar.
