MUA Cosmetics Romantic Efflorescence Palette

This is one of the three new Winter-themed palettes MUA Cosmetics have launched this year alone. This is the Romantic Efflorescence Palette, £4, which contains a range of matte and pearl eye shadows in a variety of golden and berry tones.

This palette has been designed in their beautiful white sleek case which I think works really nicely and complements the tones in this palette. To me, this seems to be more of a Valentines Day Palette but I really like the look of the colours for any occasion rather than just winter.
Top Row Left to Right: Mesmeric, Tempt, Corrupt, Obsessed, Lavish, Fiery
Bottom Row Left to Right: Bewitch, Magnet, Exposed, Siren, Reveal, Captivate
Mesmeric: A matte, neutral shade that is great to highlight
Tempt: A pearl purple
Corrupt - A must-have matte black
Obsessed - A pearl finish mid-brown shade with purple tones
Lavish - A matte taupe
Fiery - A pigmented packed copper gold
Bewitch: A pearl taupe shade
Magnet: A matte gunmetal grey
Exposed: A gorgeous pearl grey
Siren: A matte blue-toned purple
Reveal: A light pearl neutral with a silver tone
Captivate: A warm mid-toned brown

This palette has a nice balance between pearl and matte shades making it appropriate for both daytime and nighttime. Some of the shades are more pigmented than others but however this palette has great lid, crease, transition and highlighting colours so there is so much potential with this palette. Some of the shades, however, seem to be a little bit too chalky but some have really nice consistency.
Overall, I am liking this palette but not 'loving' it. The pigmentation of some of the colours in the swatches have let me down on this one and have not fulfilled my expectations. However, they were every nice to apply and the pigmentation of the colours on the eye were actually a lot better. The shadows also stayed put all day without creasing or fading.

Have you tried this palette?
