MUA Cosmetics Twelfth Night Palette Review

MUA Cosmetics have yet again released another one of their classic 12-shade eye shadow palettes. This recently released palette is called 'Twelfth Night' and contains 12 jeweled inspired winter shades. When I saw that this palette was in Superdrug for £4, I immediately picked it up.
'Sparkle this season with MUA's collection of winter shades. A perfect combination of glam, easy to wear colours - apply with style.'
This palette has been designed in MUA's original sleek black palette case. There are 12 gorgeous looking shimmery eye shadows that are perfect for night-time looks this winter season.
The palette is mostly taken up by bronzed, gold and neutral shades with some cooler blues, highlight colours and also contains a green and a purple.
All of these eye shadows did not disappoint and met the high expectations I had. Since most of the other MUA palettes have been a winner, I am delighted to agree that this one is also a high-ranking palette. Each eye shadow has excellent pigmentation and they are creamy, not chalky. I believe that these shades are all new shades as I have not seen them before so this is a really great original palette.
From bottom to top: Ice, Myrrh, Frost, Oudh, Cool, Fir
From bottom to top: Hush, All Spice, Ivy, Plum, Enchant, Star Shine

Ice: A pearlescent gold-toned highlight shade
Myrrh - A pigmented packed yellow gold
Frost - A blue toned silver
Oudh - A vibrant copper shade
Coal - A deep brown with gold flecks
Fir - A deeper copper brown
Hush - A matte neutral highlight shade
All Spice - A deep, red toned brown with golden flecks
Ivy - A beautiful deep green
Plum - A rich,deep purple
Enchant - A pearlescent gunmetal grey with silver flecks
Star Shine - A deep blue-black hue

Like I said, these have really great pigmentation which you can tell by the swatches. I definitely love the golden and coppery shades on the top row, perfect for lid colours or even dotting on the inner corners for a pop of sparkle colour. When I swatched them, I was pleasantly surprised to see how amazing the pigmentation was for the price of the palette. This palette has everything you need to create perfect look, including crease colours, highlighting shades lid and transition colours. It is a better palette to use for a night time look because there aren't many matte shades and many of these colours are described as deep toned.

Overall, this is a definite favourite palette for me this season and I look forward to using it in the weeks to come.

What are your thoughts on this palette?
